Terms of Service

1. Project Scope

Each project includes the creation of one (1) landing page in Webflow, covering:

  • Custom responsive design (desktop & mobile)
  • Copywriting (unless provided)
  • Basic SEO setup (meta tags, alt text, structure)
  • 404 Page
  • Analytics setup (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar)
  • Webflow CMS setup (if needed)
  • Domain connection support
  • Bug fixes (7 days after launch)

Not included unless explicitly agreed:

CRM or email marketing integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), animations requiring custom code, additional pages, or 3rd-party embed setups.

2. Project Timeline

Landing24 operates on a business-day delivery model.

Phase 1 — First Delivery (24 hours)

  • The 24-hour countdown begins at 9:00 AM (CET / Polish time) on the selected date after:
    1. Full payment is received, and
    2. All required assets (brief, copy, logos, visuals, and references) are delivered.
  • Workdays are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and Polish public holidays.

Phase 2 — Revisions (next 48 hours)

You have unlimited revisions for 48 hours after receiving the first version.

This covers visual tweaks, text edits, layout refinements, and image changes.

Major redesigns count as new work.

Phase 3 — Bug Fixes (7 days)

After approval, minor technical fixes (responsiveness, broken links, minor display issues) are included for 7 days.

Design or content changes after this period require a new booking.

3. Payment & Booking

  • All projects are prepaid 100% upfront via Stripe Checkout.
  • The payment reserves your production slot within Landing24’s limited monthly capacity.
  • Payments are non-refundable once production begins.
  • If you cancel before submitting your brief or assets, a 25% cancellation fee applies.

4. Delivery & Ownership

After project completion and approval:

  • The Webflow project is transferred to your account.
  • You receive full commercial rights to use the design and copy.
  • Landing24 retains the right to:
    • Display anonymised screenshots for portfolio use.
    • Reuse generic, non-client-specific design components.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and complete materials before the project starts.
  • Deliver timely feedback during revision phases.
  • Ensure that any third-party assets (e.g., stock photos, logos) are legally licensed.

Landing24 is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by missing or late materials.
  • Hosting or DNS provider issues.
  • Webflow or third-party platform outages.

6. Revisions Policy

Unlimited revisions apply only during the 48-hour revision window following the first delivery.

All feedback should be consolidated per round to maintain efficiency.

After this period, additional work is billed at €150/hour or requires a new booking.

7. Refunds

Because this is a custom creative service with limited capacity:

  • Refunds are not offered once work has started.
  • If Landing24 fails to deliver the first version within the defined 24-hour window without prior notice or valid reason, you may choose between:
    • a 15% partial refund, or
    • a free extra revision day.

8. Confidentiality

All client data and assets are kept strictly confidential.

Landing24 will not share or sell your information to any third party.

9. Liability

Landing24’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project.

Landing24 is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales, leads, or conversions.

10. Working Hours

Landing24 operates Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET (Polish time).

No work is performed during weekends or public holidays unless explicitly agreed in writing (additional fees may apply).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

Any disputes shall be settled by a competent court in Poland.
